I EAT ONE MEAL A DAY! – OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 1!
Hello: I wanted to share with you, my first day of OMAD (One Meal A Day). I had so many fears and false programming. I really thought that I had to eat three meals a day. I thought I had to eat from the time that I woke up and only stop when I went to sleep. I thought I would pass out if I missed breakfast or lunch. So many false fears were conquered on this day! I didn’t realize that overeating was really affecting my health. I am so happy I captured my thoughts and feelings in this video. I am still using ACV and Black Seed Oil. I am also still drinking my one gallon of water a day. What is the one meal a day diet? The one-meal-a-day diet is an eating plan that helps people lose weight through intermittent fasting. When following this diet, a person will eat only one meal a day. This is usually dinner. They do not consume any other calories during the day. At the beginning of this diet, zero-calorie counting is recommended. Eat until full. Once you have reached a plateau in your weight loss. It’s time to start counting calories and or adding an exercise activity that you enjoy. Not eating all day then eating one big meal is so satisfying to me. I love this diet!
