I wanted to share with you, my UPDATED review of black seed oil for weight loss. Actually, I was successful using it with ACV. I have incorporated intermittent fasting and found even more success. Updated Weight loss recipe:
1 teaspoon of black seed oil with water in the morning and before bedtime.
Wait 30 mins
Then take your apple cider vinegar before your breakfast.
Intermittent Fasting is 23:1
I fast for 23 hours daily. My eating window is between 5pm and 6pm. I do not count calories. I eat whatever I want within that window. Sometimes I cannot finish my meal. I eat until I am full.
Apple Cider Vinegar mixture
– 1 or 2 tablespoon of Braggs apple cider vinegar
– in a glass of water
– optional add raw organic honey
– optional add cinnamon
Black seed oil is extracted from the seeds of Nigella sativa, a plant native to southwest Asia. The black seeds are slightly bitter and sometimes used as a flavoring or spice in Middle Eastern and Indian cuisine. The amber-hued oil is also used in cooking and is said to offer a range of health benefits.

An antioxidant called thymoquinone in black seed oil may help reduce inflammation or swelling in the body, according to a study in Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine. The Journal of Diabetes and Metabolic Disorders conducted a systemic review of medical literature to find plants that have the greatest anti-obesity properties. The researchers discovered and wrote in their published findings that black seed oil was among the most effective natural weight-loss remedies currently known.
