Day 5 of the 30 day Carnivore diet Challenge!
Hi everyone: It’s day 190 of omad and day 5 of 30 of the carnivore diet. I did felt hungry midday mainly because I was so focused on working that I didn’t drink enough water. It’s very important to say hydrated. As I mentioned in my video I will not be exercising during this 30 day carnivore challenge. Mainly because I would like to see the result with the exclusion of exercise. When I say exercise I mean, zero cardio, my daily ritual was doing the Billy Blanks Tao Bo workout. I was starting to see my abs covered by lots layers of fat but it was there.
Today I ate a beautiful steak and five slices of oven baked bacon. If you are interested in my steak recipe you can check it out here. Tenderloin Steak Recipe My favourite steak cuts are rib eye, tenderloin and t-bone steak. I have yet to to try a wagyu steak but it’s on my bucket list.

-Zero acne breakouts all week
-No bloating
-Great digestion
