Day 4 of the 30 day Carnivore diet Challenge!
Hi everyone: It’s day 189 of omad and day 4 of the carnivore diet! Today I was so busy with work. I didn’t feel hungry at all. I had a huge steak and I really need something crunchy today. Benefits so far:
Zero bloating
Improvement in digestion
Acne – zero breakouts
Cons:
I’m still not sleeping great. I do think this has to do with sugar and coffee withdrawal. I could have a cup coffee but as I have mentioned before. I can’t seem to drink coffee without some sort of sugar substitute which is usually black strap molasses. I’m addicted to the taste and I have been using it to reversal my grey hair for the last 10 months. It should be interesting to see if there is a change in my hair.
