DAY 27 OF THE 30 DAY CARNIVORE DIET CHALLENGE!

Hi everyone: It’s day 212 of omad and day 27 of the carnivore diet! I had this gigantic melt in your mouth steak for dinner. My husband and daughter had jerk chicken. When I am the only one having steak for dinner, I use my George Foreman Grill and I love it. I bought my grill from Amazon 8 years ago and it is still working. I love that it doesn’t take up very much counter space. I absolutely love it! It’s great for grilling steaks. I like my steak medium rare. So I cooked it for 6 minutes. Three minutes on each side. I have to admit that it was so filling and I wasn’t able to eat it all by myself. My husband helped me. I also love my stove top grill as well but I only use it when my entire family is having steak.

I’m still feeling great! I noticed that my jeans are getting very loose. I am also seeing my ribs. Even though the scale is not showing a tremendous weight loss. I think that I have lost a lot of fat and gained muscle mass. I can honestly say that I haven’t been able to see my ribs in a long time. This diet is incredible! I had so much energy today!
