DAY 23 OF THE 30 DAY CARNIVORE DIET CHALLENGE!
Hi everyone: It’s Day 208 of omad and day 23 of the carnivore diet challenge. Today’s carnivore omad meal was steak and chicken wings. I have been adding seasoning to my steak and wings. I add salt, pepper, and paprika. I have decided to exclude diary because I have noticed that it does aggravate my acne.
The benefits of this diet are amazing so far: great sleep, zero acne breakouts, great digestion and zero bloating. I have weighed myself and my total weight loss is still 6 pounds. So I have surpassed my original goal weight of 135 pounds. When I started the carnivore diet I was 134 pounds. My weight current weight is now 128 pounds.
First week weight loss: 4 pounds
Second week weight loss: 6 pounds
Third week weight loss: 0
For anyone considering this diet, please check with your diet doctor first. I really feel that this is a step up from the ketogenic diet. The ketogenic diet (or keto diet, for short) is a low-carb, high-fat diet that offers many health benefits. It lowers blood sugar and insulin levels, and shifts the body’s metabolism away from carbs and towards fat and ketones. If you have stalled on keto, the carnivore diet is certainly something that you should research.
