How do I stay motivated during my weight loss journey!

Hi family: Many of you have been asking how I stay motivated. As many of you know I have been on a weight loss journey since 2017. My journey has not been perfect but I would not change a thing. It has been trial and error. What has worked for me may not work for all. We have to do what works with us individually. Here are some ways that I stay motivated during my journey. I hope you enjoy!

Since Covid-19 pandemic, as a preventive measure, my family and I are washing our hands. Keeping surfaces clean. Taking zinc, black seed oil , vitamin D, probiotics,and vitamin C daily.
