  1. Sprinkle salmon fillets on both sides with salt, pepper and lemon.
  2. Ensure that they are well seasoned.
  3. Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Stir in garlic.
  5. Place fillets in the frying pan and cook on both sides for approximately 3-5 minutes per side, until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
  6. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
