DAY 29 OF THE 30 DAY CARNIVORE DIET CHALLENGE!
Hi everyone: It’s day 214 of omad and day 29 of the carnivore diet! I’m still feeling great! One of the things that I miss. I really miss exercise. I miss working out. It’s so funny that months ago it was such a struggle to work out! It’s funny to me that I now crave it. The things that we deny are the things that we want. Yesterday and today…the weather was so beautiful outside. I really wanted to go for a long 1 to 2-hour walk but I didn’t. I decided that it was best to stay true to the parameter of this challenge which is zero exercise.
Today’s dinner was steak and wings. I love wings. I only eat the flats and my husband loves the drums. Are you a flat person or a drumstick person? I thought I was the only person in the world that only ate flats. My daughter and husband loves both.
Whenever I go out to restaurants and ask for flats the waitress or waiter always gave me a weird look. Sometimes it seems like a big deal. If it’s a wing place, it no problem but if it’s not. I always get this response. I will have to ask the cook. What’s the big deal anyway? Just separate several flats and cook em. Majority of people like drums so I’m not clear about the fuss for such a simple request.
So I always thought that I was the only person on the planet that preferred them. My Instagram friends surprised me by telling me that I wasn’t the only one. I love them because they are juicer and I love the skin of the chicken best. My meal was delicious by the way. So do you prefer wings or drums? Let me know in the comments.
