DAY 25 OF THE 30 DAY CARNIVORE DIET CHALLENGE!

Hi everyone: It’s day 210 of omad and day 25 of the carnivore diet challenge. I’m coming very close to the end of my challenge and I have been asked many questions. Today I wanted to address the most common questions:

Have you experienced any benefits?
Great sleep, zero bloating, great digestion, zero breakouts, skin is clearing up, weight loss

Should I try it?
I can’t really answer that. I think that you should consult with your doctor first and do your research.

Can you have almond milk?
I eliminated dairy for the first 18 days of the challenge. After having a bit of cheese I woke up with a greasy face and acne breakout. I recommend eliminating coffee, sugar, all artificial sweeteners, dairy to get the full benefits.

Any tips?
Check with your doctor first.

The best day to start is at the beginning of the week because it’s easier to implement into your routine. I would do the ketogenic diet first because carnivore is a step up from the keto diet.

I would work up to a 30-day challenge because at around the 7-day mark the sugar cravings are very intense.

Eat steak and drink lots of water.

No calorie counting.

Rib eyes, porterhouses or filet mignons are I think the best cuts of steak. Don’t worry about the grass feed. Just buy what you can afford.

Take a before and after pic. Step on that scale. You will thank me later when you look at your before pictures.

Today’s dinner was steak and eggs! So yummy!
