Paleo Diet – Weight loss journey!
Hi family: As many of you know I have been on a weight loss journey for about two years. My starting weight was 167 and my current weight is 125! My weight does fluctuate between 125 and 130! I am 5’5 inches tall. I am happy where I am weight-wise. However, I would be lying if I said that I was not afraid of gaining the weight back. Looking back losing the weight was pretty easy. I did it in 3 months. Yes, 42 pounds in three months. I did it via fasting and using supplements such as apple cider vinegar and black seed oil. I have made many youtube videos about my journey.
Currently, I do still take supplements to maintain with a new addition of Keto Before 6. Keto Before 6 allows me to continue doing intermittent fasting but I can still eat carbs worry-free. This supplement is great for people doing keto as well.
I am at a place right now that I want to eat normally. I tried to adopt the carnivore diet and a low carb diet as a lifestyle. However, I decided that was not something I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I love the variety and food. I don’t want to restrict myself. Many of my subscribers recommended the Paleo diet to me.
What is the paleo diet? The Paleolithic diet, Paleo diet, caveman diet, or stone-age diet is a modern diet requiring the sole or predominant eating of foods presumed to have been available to humans during the Paleolithic era. A paleo diet typically includes lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds — foods that in the past could be obtained by hunting and gathering. A paleo diet limits foods that became common when farming emerged about 10,000 years ago. These foods include dairy products, legumes and grains.
I am going to give this diet a try. I will still do intermittent fasting because it works for me. I will also continue to use my supplement also. I don’t want to fix anything that is not broken. The goal here is for me to still maintain but also enjoy food and life! Am I asking for too much?
