Cayenne pepper drink for weight loss! Also INSANE Weight loss update!

Hi family: If you are just starting your weight loss journey or if you are in maintenance mode. You will love this cayenne pepper drink for weight loss! I have reached my goal weight and I still use this for maintenance. I would recommend that you try this on a day that you have no plans. So try this on your day off from work because it could have a laxative effect. So you are warned.

What you will need: Cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar, ground ginger, turmeric, and lemon. Add the following ingredients to one glass of water: 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon of ginger, 1/8 teaspoon, 1 or 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1 or 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. If you are a first time user of apple cider vinegar. Add only one tablespoon. Two tablespoons may be too strong. One glass max a day is plenty. Use a straw as the apple cider vinegar can hurt your teeth enamel over time. I did a taste test first to see how my body would react to this and I was fine. Remember we can all be allergic to natural things. Remember everyone is different. So, please don’t overdo this. At first, I drank once a week….Then twice a week. Do what works for you. Also, remember to check with your doctor first.

Cayenne pepper – is a natural herb that may help you lose weight. This red pepper may curb your appetite, speed up your metabolism, and help you burn calories.

Apple cider vinegar – adding 1 or 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your diet can help you lose weight. It can also reduce your body fat percentage, make you lose belly fat and decrease your blood triglycerides.

Ginger – decreases inflammation, stimulates digestion, and suppresses your appetite. These properties lead some people to believe that ginger may promote weight loss. The medical literature indicates that ginger can work along with a healthy diet and exercise to help you reach a healthy weight.
