Black seed oil – Black seed oil is pressed from the seeds of a flowering shrub, Nigella sativa. The plant is packed with thymoquinone, a compound that may have cancer-fighting powers. In rats, it shrank tumors and slowed their growth as well as protected tissue from radiation damage.
Omad – stands for One Meal a Day; the idea is to fast for 23 hours straight and then consume one large meal in a 60-minute window. Lately, OMAD has been gaining popularity, with people swearing by it as a weight-loss method as well as a way to tackle chronic disease and other health issues.
Weight loss recipe:
1 teaspoon of black seed oil on an empty stomach in the morning and before bedtime.
Wait 30 mins
Then take your apple cider vinegar before your breakfast.

– 1 or 2 tablespoons of Braggs apple cider vinegar
– in a glass of water
