Hi family: I am at the 3-year mark! I have been taking black seed oil for 3 years now and I have not gotten a cold or flu.
Black seed oil is extracted from the seeds of Nigella sativa, a plant native to southwest Asia. The black seeds are slightly bitter and sometimes used as a flavoring or spice in Middle Eastern and Indian cuisine. Weight loss recipe:
1 teaspoon of black seed oil on an empty stomach in the morning and before bedtime.
Wait 30 mins
Then take your apple cider vinegar before your breakfast.
Apple Cider Vinegar mixture
– 1 or 2 tablespoons of Braggs apple cider vinegar
– in a glass of water
– optional add raw organic honey
– optional add cinnamon
