Kitchen Essentials

Cast Iron Reversible grill & griddle – I love the cast-iron construction because the reversible grill & griddle pan promotes heat retention for a sustained, even heat that’s ideal for use over gas or electric ranges. This grill allows you the convenience of grilling even during cold weather also. Heat from the burner spreads evenly over the cooking surface, giving you ample room to cook with uniform results. The pre-seasoned iron lets you start cooking right away without treating the pan first.

Cast Iron Skillet – Although you can find any number of cookware materials available on the market today, sometimes it’s best to stick with the classics. I recommend at least three of varying sizes. This set comes with a 12″, 10″ and an 8 inch. Cast iron is the cookware material of choice for many professional chefs because of its even heating and incredible durability.

Cookie Sheets – Science has proven that our sense of smell is closely tied to our memory. And nothing unlocks great memories like the aroma of freshly baked, homemade cookies.  I prefer to use heavy-gauge natural aluminum, which will never rust. It’s easy to clean, good weight and very durable. I also love the size length/and how deep it is. My keto cookies bake and rise evenly without hot spots, and the encapsulated steel rims prevent warping.

Coconut oil – I cook with coconut oil daily and there are so many amazing benefits. This brand is cold-pressed, unrefined, virgin and non-GMO.

Monk fruit – I have bee using this sweetener in my baked goods lately and I love it. It has about 150-200 times sweeter than sugar and contains zero calories per serving – meaning a very small amount provides a lot of sweetness.
