Hi family: I did it! I completed my goal of 30 days of eating only meat! The Carnivore Diet is a restrictive diet that only includes meat, fish, and other animal foods like eggs and certain dairy products. It excludes all other foods, including fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts, and seeds. I am really happy I did it. I hope you enjoy my video. Dr. Shawn Baker is responsible for the popularity of this diet since his visit to the Joe Rogan show.
