Day 3 of 30 of the Carnivore diet!
Hi everyone: It’s day 188 of omad and day 3 of 30 of the carnivore diet. Last night I had a hard time falling asleep. I didn’t sleep well at all. However, I still had great energy throughout the day. I think I’m going through coffee and sugar/sugar substitute withdrawal.
My dinner tasted amazing. My steak was very satisfying. I also had grilled salmon seasoned with garlic, paprika and sea salt. The garlic was just for seasoning. I didn’t eat it. I usually add salt, pepper, and paprika to my steak. Would you believe that someone on Instagram gave me a hard time because I had garlic on my steak? Not today Satan! If you come across this something similar, don’t let it phase you. So sorry, I like my meat to be seasoned. I’m a foodie. Just day 3 of this diet. I’m not a real carnivore yet. I don’t think I will ever get to the point of eating just raw meat. I understand that there is a group that takes the carnivore diet to that level. Now that’s hardcore.
