Carnivore Diet | Omad – One Month Update!

Hi everyone: One month completed of the carnivore diet. I’m excited to eat meat for 365 days. My health benefits so far:
Acne – I have a few new breakouts.
Digestion – Massive improvement! No more bloating! As for last night, I did have a flare-up. I am not sure why. I added a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to one glass of water and sipped with a straw. A half an hour later the reflux went away.
Sleep – Same as last week – I am sleeping throughout the night.
Weight – Current weight is 137.2!??
Week 1 – I was 139.6!
Week 2 – I was 137.2!
Week 3 – I was 138.8!
For this entire month, I have only eaten meat products mostly steak, bacon, chicken, and eggs. I ate one meal a day usually dinner. I ate until I was full and didn’t count calories. I stopped all crazy exercising and downgraded to nightly strolls. I drank water throughout the day. Some days I added apple cider vinegar to my water. On a few occasions, I had milk thistle tea to change things up.
I am really happy that I decided to do this experiment. One of the biggest changes that I have experienced is…my sleep has improved. Falling asleep is so much easier. I do not feel as stressed anymore. I think that has a lot to do with the elimination of sugar. When I wake up, I feel so refreshed and I don’t feel like I’m waking up with a mild hangover. I wake up ready to take on the day. I am very interested to see how I will feel after two months of doing this carnivore experiment.
